Shipping policy
Please allow 1-2 days for shipping confirmation. We offer expedient and quick shipping and you will receive your items in 3-5 days (NOT including weekends, holidays, or during USPS or UPS shipping delays).
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. Since pre-order items ship when they become available, we will ship all items once. Therefore, do not add pre-order items to in stock orders as we will ship ALL items once the pre-order becomes available.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Georgiana Boutique is not responsible for late, lost, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
USPS: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
UPS: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United Parcel Service (UPS) Customer Service: 1-(800)-742-5877. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS.
Georgiana Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
