Covid-19 Policy, Returns/Exchanges/Order Cancellations

Please know that the Georgiana Boutique staff has been working hard to be safe and provide safety measures. We are looking forward to giving you the shopping experience you know and love while taking the necessary precautions to ensure both our customers' and our staff safety. Below are some of the measures we are taking:

• Staff will be wearing masks and/or shields during pick up and delivery
• Increased cleaning & sanitation

Is it safe to order online?

We recently implemented additional safeguards:

• We've deep cleaned to ensure a clean working environment for all. We will continue to clean and disinfect multiple times a day with our special cleaning teams.
• We have numerous, readily available hand sanitizing stations.
• Our work stations have been re-organized to allow for a safe, 6-foot distance between staff and customers.
• We have implemented staggered shifts to limit the number of people at one time.
• We have a robust protocol in place for anyone who may develop symptoms while at work.
• We are checking each staff temperature on-site daily and asking any staff who feels ill or has a fever to stay home.

Due to Covid-19 we do not accept returns or exchanges.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Buyer covers the shipping cost associated with all returns.
